COVID-19 Updates

Update June 18th, 2020

Due to the limited number of patients we are able to see to maintain social distancing, we must increase our no show fee to $75 for those patients who confirm their appointment but fail to call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. Our appointment time slots are limited and we need to accommodate those patients who need to be seen.

Unfortunately, bicycles, scooters and other forms of transportation except for wheelchairs or walkers will not be allowed to be brought into the office. Please plan accordingly when you come in for your appointment.
